Summer Fest as most people know it is taking a break for 2021, but we’re honoring this beloved July weekend with fun from the Junction that you can bring home! All the restaurants will have regular seating for you to take a break, plus watch for buskers lending a festive air to the two of fun and excitement.

Did you know?? Summer Fest has its roots as an outdoor event of a slightly different kind: a sidewalk sale! We’re flashing back to the 80s (OMG!!) to revisit this festive outdoor tradition, lining California Avenue with goods from our beloved local businesses, plus cool stuff from local and handmade artisans. No street closure, just making do with what we have to show support and #shoplocal.

Elvis is part of the Senior Center’s ongoing summer “Fun & Festive Fridays,” featuring refreshments outside 11 am-1 pm, and a LIVE MUSIC happy hour in the afternoon. Margie’s Café will also re-open on Fridays from 9 am-1:30 pm. Welcome back to the Senior Center!
