August Food Specials at Elliott Bay Brewing Co.

What’s new at Elliott Bay Brewing Co. here in West Seattle? They have added lots of tasty food specials to their August food menu. Here are some of them: Salad : ENSALADA VERRANO $12.95 – A Mexican style summertime chefs salad. House made roast beef, Black Forest ham, smoked turkey, colby jack and feta cheeses, roma tomatoes, avocado and black olives over mixed greens tossed in toasted garlic lime dressing with fresh cilantro. Served with warm pita. Entrée : GINGER SALMON CAKES $7.95/ $11.95 – Fresh wild Alaskan Coho salmon mixed with celery, red onion, ginger, eggs and panko breadcrumbs fried golden brown. Served with jasmine rice, zesty Asian vegetable slaw, chili garlic glaze, cilantro and lime.  Kids Bite : BACON CHEESE QUESADILLA $3.95 – Bacon and colby jack melted in a toasted flour tortilla served with shredded lettuce, corn tortilla strips and a side of ranch. Dessert : ESPRESSO CRÈME BRULEE $5.95 – A rich baked egg custard flavored with espresso and Kahlua. Served with shaved dark chocolate.
