Fresh Bistro's 5th Anniversary!

Fresh Bistro, West Seattle’s neighborhood gem, is celebrating its fifth birthday this month with a special flashback menu from its opening.  For two weeks – May 22^nd – June 5^th, guests will have the opportunity to order from a special anniversary menu that reflects dishes from the original menu. Guests will also receive a house made “smores” sweet treat in celebration of the restaurant’s milestone and success.

Special menu items include:

Pan Fried Garlic Chive Cakes crispy garlic chive rice cakes, sweet ginger sambal, soy lime gastrique, pickled ramps   Ahi Tuna Avocado Mango sesame brittle, plantains, lime soy pudding, chili onion oil   Kahlbi Marinated Grilled Wagyu Flank Steak Korean style, baby romaine salad, cucumber pickle   Entrees Cedar Seared Wild King Salmon pea vines, morels, black garlic puree, salmon caviar, potato pea cake   Fennel Crusted Halibut  (photo attached) wine & butter spring veggie ragout, arugula pistou, fennel and micro green salad   Kurabuta Pork New York (photo attached) creamy white wine butter jus, morels, pea vines, spring peas, pan roasted French fingerlings
