Wine and Cheese 101 Class at Bin 41 Feb 26th!

Pairing: Wine and Cheese 101, Saturday, February 26th at Bin 41! “There’s nothing better than sipping on some wine shared with a scrumptious cheese plate. But it can often be difficult to find the right wine to complement the variety of cheeses out there.” So the Bin has lined up husband and wife duo, Brian Huse and Alison Leber. “Together, Brian and Alison bring over two decades of experience in the food, wine and cheese industry. In this class, you’ll learn about the main categories of cheese from various regions and their complementary wine counterpart.
