Valentines Day + West Seattle Art Walk = Twilight!

West Seattle Art Walk is Valentine’s Day, Thursday, February 14^th from 6pm to 9pm. Twilight presents, “A Faded Valentine,” by local, conceptual photographer Dawndra, with Vegan Treats by Crow and a performance by singer/songwriter Alina Ashley Nicole. A creative, documentary and commercial photographer, this current body of work conceptualizes the broken heart as suspended in time, forever lingering in a fading, dream state. With hints of surrealism and the narrative, this is a dark valentine treat. Dawndra studied at the Evergreen State college and currently takes classes at The Photograhic Northwest, in Capital Hill. She is a professional portrait and lifestyle photographer and has worked on projects for Homeless In Seattle and is currently working on a cookbook with local business, Gretchen’s Grains. A music lover, vinyl-collector, snowboarder and motorcycle enthusiast, you may catch her spinning her favorite records or working the room at Mission Restaurant.
