Join Fresh Bistro on October 18th for a Southern inspired pig roast! The pig is brined with Kentucky Bourbon & Pluots, rubbed with brown sugar & hickory salt– to give it that unique southern flavor– then it is slow roasted in a La Caja China roasting box.
