The WSJA operates a lease on four parking lots near the core of the Junction. Three of the lots are located on 44th Ave SW and one is on 42nd Ave SW. We have two contractors helping manage and maintain the lots which offer affordable access to our local businesses. Those businesses close to the lots pay a surcharge to help offset the costs. Those businesses further away do not pay this surcharge.
