Storefront Repair Fund – Now Open

The Storefront Repair Fund reimburses business owners for property damage repairs, covering up to $3,000 per incident (maximum of three incidents).

  • Applications open through December 2025 or until funds are fully distributed.
  • You may include multiple incidents in one application (each incident must be on a different date).
  • If you’ve already received a grant but experience new damage, you are encouraged to apply again.

Eligible damage includes:

Doors • Locks • Fences • Gates • Signs • Broken or etched windows

Not covered: loss of stolen goods or graffiti.

Damage must have occurred on or after July 1, 2024.

OED Free Business Counseling

Through the Office of Economic Development’s ABC Program, business owners can access:

• 10 free hours of one-on-one professional counseling

• Separate 10-hour blocks available across a variety of business areas

Need support to strengthen your finances? The Capital Access Program, in collaboration with community lenders, helps reduce debt and improve business stability by:

  • Paying down 20% of the principal on qualifying loans
  • Prioritizing support for minority-owned businesses
  • Lowering the cost of borrowing during challenging times
