Part-Time Tasting Room Associate

Team Darby is looking for an energetic, motivated, customer obsessed and wine passionate individual to join our West Seattle Tasting Room on a part-time basis!

If you pride yourself on creating a welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable experience for customers above all then this job is perfect for you. Our Tasting Room Associates play a pivotal role in our wine family, not only educating our customers on our wine but making sure that any time they walk through our doors they feel at home. We are seeking someone to join our team on a part-time basis with the ability to support on weekends! (Friday, Saturday, and/ or Sunday).

We are currently seeking team members who have a passion for wine and are looking for a long term home within the industry. Don’t have prior experience with wine? No worries. We are seeking individuals who have an eagerness to learn, a positive attitude and understand what true hospitality looks like. 

Tasting Room Associate Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide curated and VIP Wine Tasting and Bottle Service to guests and members
• Drive sales of tasting room and wine club membership growth
• Assist in executing winery sponsored and private events in the tasting room
• Full Opening and Closing Responsibilities
• Provide feedback and reporting to management on tasting room performance
• Submit inventory replenishment requests to management
• Submit supply re-order requests to management as necessary
• Ability to work weekends and around major holidays

Compensation: Market Hourly Rate + Commission
