Trick-or-Treat:  12pm – 2PM Kids Costume Parade:  11:30 am  +  Meet at Junction Plaza Park and look for the West Seattle High Marching Band! Harvest Craft Activities:  10am to 2pm West Seattle Farmers Market on California Ave: 10am to 2pm This event is brought to you by Junction Merchants and the West Seattle Junction Association.
