Growers Champagne Class at Bin 41

Our instructor for this class is Joelle Hand from Cavitappi Distribuzione. Cavitappi brings in some of the best small Champagne producers available in the Seattle market and Joelle is a wealth of knowledge on the subject. Join us to discover the varietals of the Champagne region, village variation, terroir definition and experience mind-blowing Champagnes that span the region, from the non-vintage to Millesime and special club bottlings. The wines you’ll be trying will change you forever! Food nibbles will be provided in addition to in-depth instruction and wine sampling. Cost:  $50 pp ($40 for club members)
