Sarah of Brunette Mix and they are asking for help in raising funds for their friend Jasmin Egan (Glover) who is battling Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We hope our Junction readers would be able to reach out and help our local West Seattlelite. Read Sarah’s email below.  

Hello, My name is Sarah and I am a stylist at Brunette Mix. I wanted to let you know about a fundraiser we are doing for our friend Jasmin Egan (Glover). She was raised here in West Seattle and attended Chief Sealth High School. She now lives in Kent. She was recently diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). She is unable to work for at least 6 months if not longer during her treatment. Even her husband can not work as Jasmin needs around the clock care. We are trying to ease their financial burden during this time, so she can focus on treatment and healing. So we at Brunette Mix are offering free deep conditioning treatments (a $20 value) with any service if you donate any amount to Jasmin. That means they can donate $5 and and get the treatment! Along with that, we are working on a auction for her at the Feedback Lounge on December 4th from 6:30-9:30. We hope the community attends, and we are accepting donations for the auction at the salon. In addition to our auction, we will have a representative from the Puget Sound Blood Center to do a Bone Marrow Drive.
