Bin 41 Upcoming Tasting & Classes
September 29th Tasting at Bin 41 with local Georgetown winery, Laurelhurst Cellars from 5:30-7 pm. Nestled in the Georgetown district, Laurelhurst was founded in 2004 by Gabe Warner, Greg Smallwood and Dave Halbgewachs in the basement and garage of Gabe’s home in Laurelhurst. They strive to create wines that stand alone, that showcase the personality of the vineyard while staying true to their varietal character. This is a rare opportunity to meet Greg and Gabe at the bin and try their small production wines. We hope you can join us! Bin 41’s next class, Portugal Beyond Port, is coming up on September 28th. There are two spaces still available for this class. Other classes coming up in October include:
- Sensory Evaluation – wine flaws and faults on October 8th (4 spaces available)
- Pinot Gone Global on October 15th (2 spaces available)
- Oddball Varietals on October 19th (4 spaces available)
- Sake – dinner with Hajime on October 25th (full)
- Wine Based Cocktails on October 29th (4 spaces available)
