NEW Asian Fusion Noodle House Alert!!

Welcome to KinD Asian Noodle House -- a fresh culinary chapter in a space many West Seattle neighbors already know. You might still see the Bonjour Vietnam sign outside during our soft opening, but step inside and you'll find something completely new: handcrafted noodles, bold Asian flavors, and a warm, modern dining experience built around connection and comfort.

We're gearing up to introduce our newest addition: a noodle machine that will let us create fresh noodles from scratch using only flour and water. No preservatives, no fillers. Just pure, house-made noodles crafted the way they're meant to be!"
