New Years Eve at Fresh Bistro

New Year’s Eve at Fresh Bistro: Join Executive Chef Dalis Chea and the Fresh Bistro team for a 5 course New Year’s Eve dinner featuring new creations for the new year! Menu items include Broiled Pacific Oysters with fennel and compressed apple, Smoked Trout Rillettes, Parsnip Vichyssoise, Monkfish a la Bourguignon with foie gras and a sweetbread fritter, and Wagyu New York with black truffle and foraged mushrooms. Seatings are available at 5 pm and 8 pm and include a duo of sparkling wines (rose and brut) and our White Chocolate Panna Cotta with pomegranate prosseco gelee.
