Celebrating Seattle Pride Fest

Seattle Pride Fest, June 23rd – 28th, is going on now! Some of our Junction businesses are also joining in with the city-wide festivities this week and offering some fun treats and deals: This weekend, Hotwire Online Coffeehouse (4410 California Ave SW) will be offering a special drink. It’s going to be a flavorful raspberry, orange peel and blueberry mocha, but Hotwire needs help picking the perfect name. Visit them on Facebook to weigh-in with your ideas, and make sure to stop by this weekend to enjoy this special drink in honor of Pride Fest. UPDATE: The results are in and they are calling it the “Share Bear Latte”.   Cupcake Royale (4556 California Ave SW) will be offering their ever-popular “The Gay” Cupcake along with their mini Rainbow Gaybies to celebrate Pride Fest. Also just for the month of June, you can sample their new ice cream flavor, “The Gay”, which features rainbow sprinkles.
