The Holidays are here, and our local businesses in The Junction are ready for the most festive season yet! They’re offering some fun events and special deals to help you get into the holiday spirit and pick the perfect gifts for your friends and family. Holiday Events:

• Easy Street Records – Record Store Day Black Friday, November 27, 7am-9pm

“After you’re done stuffing yourself with turkey the night before, take a morning run to Easy Street and stuff yourself with music! We’ll have a ton of limited & exclusive titles to choose from, so do the Black Friday thing with us and get a good jump on your holiday shopping too! The doors fly open at 7AM, and our cafe will be open for your coffee and breakfast requirements. Black Friday released will be sold on a first come, first serve basis, with a limit of one copy of each release per customer. • At Twilight Gallery & Boutique Small Business Saturday means Trunk Shows galore! They’ll have yummy snacks to keep you warm and fuzzy all day long too.

• Click! Design That Fits will be launching their collaboration with the JOIN collective this weekend. Their Holiday Pop Up will run from Nov 27th (Black Friday) – December 13^th

“We’re really excited to share our next event, which is a holiday pop up featuring members of the JOIN collective. JOIN is a collective of independent design studios from the Pacific Northwest and beyond, with a sharp focus on intelligent design and thoughtful manufacturing. These curated studios join forces for events, pop-up shops, and trade shows, and we’re honored to be featuring their work at Click!. The pop up opens on Black Friday, with an opening celebration on Small Business Saturday.”

 

• Jan’s Beauty Supply invites you to join them for their annual Holiday Happy Hour, every Friday starting November 27th through December 26th from 3:00-5:30pm. Save 20% off Devacurl, Loma & Joico on Nov 27^th. You can also enter to win gift baskets and enjoy wine, cheese, and chocolates.

 

Holiday Discounts & Special Hours:

• Terjung’s Studio of Gifts – On Small Business Saturday (November 28), get 10% off all merchandise. Terjung’s will also have pepper jelly taste testing and homemade cookies.

 

• Fleurt – Fleurt will be staying open late on Thursdays starting in December. For Black Friday (November 27), Buy 1 scarf get a 2nd one 50% off. Plus spend $100 or more and receive a free Jullian Made bracelet. For Small Business Saturday (November 28), they will have extended hours 9:30 to 6pm. They will also be serving Mimosas and cupcakes throughout the day. If you spend $100 or more get a free ornament. If you spend $150 or more get a potted paper white. And if you spend $200 or more and get a free Paddywax balsam and Fir candle. All day you can also enter to win a potted amaryllis and $25 gift card. And finally – lucky door prizes will be handed out throughout the day to shoppers.

 

• VAIN – VAIN will be open late until 8 pm on Thursdays. On Black Friday (November 27) they will have 15% of all black items in the store. On Small Business Saturday (November 28) they will be offering 10% off store wide.

 

• Thunder Road Guitars will be having specials on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this weekend. They’ll be offering 15% off all guitars and amplifiers in stock, beginner acoustic guitars starting at $199, and 15% of all new pedals. Can’t make it to the store? They’ll also be offering free shipping in the US!

 

• At Emerald Water Anglers spend $100 or more and receive a $25 Gift Card on Black Friday only! On Small Business Saturday support your local fly shop and they’ll pay your sales tax! That’s right, they appreciate your support, and want to show it by covering your sales tax on any purchase, big or small. Get this deal on Saturday November 28th only!

 

• Carmilia’s will be celebrating Small Business Saturday (and Sunday, too) with 15% off a purchase (jewelry excluded).

 

• Sound Advice will have a one day only $50 off all Iphone 6 and 6s phones – all day on Small Business Saturday.

 

• The Beer Junction will have a Coffee & Stout Beer Fest this weekend with 20 taps devoted to coffee beers, along with some rare imperial stouts they’ve been cellaring for 1-3 years! Just want coffee? They now serve Stumptown’s Cold Brewed Coffee on Nitro!
