Sales Associate: Full Time

Menashe & Sons Jewelers is adding another member to our family-led team to help provide an unsurpassed customer experience. Established in 1973 and celebrating our 50th anniversary this year, Menashe & Sons is a full-service family jeweler based in West Seattle. We offer custom and estate jewelry, watch and jewelry repair, engagement jewelry, cleaning, appraisals, clock repair, and more. We are seeking a customer obsessed, Full Time Sales Associate to develop authentic, ongoing relationships with clients by understanding their needs. We all embrace being as welcoming to our customers as possible, from friendly greetings to answering any questions. The trust of our customers is our most important asset – we treat all purchases, no matter the amount, equally and with respect.

To be successful, the Sales Associate must thrive in a dynamic environment, be very comfortable in a customer-facing role, cultivate in-depth knowledge of Menashe & Sons products and services, have a passion for what we sell, demonstrate strong attention to detail, act with integrity, provide outstanding customer service, treat customers’ treasures with incredible care, and have a positive and team-oriented work style.

Menashe & Sons provides a salaried employee experience (no quotas, no minimums), flexibility (no evenings, no Sundays), merchandise discounts, and an instructional and welcoming environment. Employees are expected to be available to work during the peak selling season, leading up to the holidays, and may be asked to staff 50th anniversary events. Candidates should have 3 – 5 years of selling experience in retail; jewelry experience is preferred.
