WEST SEATTLE SUMMER FEST will take place July 14-16, 2017!
Thanks for your interest in vending at West Seattle Summer Fest. Our 3-day street festival is presented by the West Seattle Junction Association as a party for the neighborhood and attracts over 25,000 people of all age groups and income levels. In addition to more than 150 vendor booths we also offer a massive kids area, 20 food vendors, a main-stage with beer garden and sidewalk café seating at all the local restaurants. We hope you’ll be able to join us.

How to become a VENDOR at West Seattle Summer Fest:
To start, fill out the Vendor Registration Form. Select your category, make sure all your information is correct, and pay the $35 application fee.
Links to the applications forms, as well as some important information to assist you in the process, are below. Please review the form, including the Rules & Regulations, and make sure you have all the information you need ready to go before you start the application process.
IMPORTANT DATES – 2017
Jan 2 – Early Bird Registration for past vendors closes – get your application in by this date in order to lock in your booth fees.
Jan 3 – The registration process opens to the public. Booth fees increase for applications received after this date.
Mar 1 – Final day for vendor registrations and applications to be submitted.
Mar 15 – WSSF finalizes vendor selections.
Mar 17 – Notifications sent to vendors.
Mar 31 – Payment due for booth fees.
July 13 – 7pm – Food vendor load-in [only] (all other vendors will load-in Friday morning)
July 14 – 6-9am – Craft and other vendor load-in
July 14-16 – West Seattle Summer Fest 2017!

Please note that applying for the festival does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted, you will be notified at the email address you provided on your registration form. Once accepted, you will have 14 days to pay your booth fee and – if applicable – any additional fees for double booth, corner fees, business license, electricity, equipment rental, etc.
If you are not accepted, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified.
You will need a current City of Seattle Business License OR you can pay a $25 fee to the festival and be included in our Trade Show License. You will also need a Washington State UBI number. More information is available on the application form in the Rules & Regulations section.
For FOOD VENDORS only:
If you are selling anything other than pre-packaged food you’ll need a King County Public Health Temporary Food Service Permit and at least one person with a current Food Handler’s Card must be in your booth at all times.

If you are cooking over an open flame (charcoal, wood, or gas) you’ll need a Seattle Fire Marshal’s Office Open Flame Permit

You’ll also need to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming West Seattle Summer Fest, the West Seattle Junction Association, and Monumental Undertaking as Additionally Insured. We’ll provide all the information you’ll need for the COI in your acceptance email.
