For $75 per couple, guests will indulge in starter plates and an entrée meant to be shared including Alaskan King Crab with Mango and Avocado, Brochette of Crispy Oysters, choice of Roasted Carrot and Ginger Soup or Fig Salad, and Braised Beef Short Rib En Croute with Grilled Scallops. Additional wine pairings are $30.
