Tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 9th, West Seattle’s very own Fresh Bistro Executive Chef Dalis Chea will appear on KING-5’s New Day Northwest program! He’ll show host Margaret Larson and viewers from around the region how to prepare a warming and delicious fall seafood boil. The show airs on Channel 5 at 10:00 a.m. (Dalis’ appearance will likely take place in the second half hour).
Seafood boil night at Fresh Bistro: At Fresh Bistro, Wednesdays are seafood boil nights. For $25 per person, guests can enjoy a pot of fresh steaming Northwest seafood — including scallops, clams, prawns, mussels and Dungeness crab, as well as potatoes, seasonal vegetables and andouille sausage. The boil is served family style and paired with a bistro salad, truffle honey cornbread, and rhubarb lime tart. What a deal! Seating for the boil is limited and it fills up fast.
