Annual Student Art Show and Competition at ArtsWest Gallery, May 24th-28th! ArtsWest Gallery presents the top artists from Chief Sealth, Seattle Lutheran, & West Seattle High Schools. Opening reception for the student artists will be held, Thursday, May 26th from 6–7:30pm (special presentation and cash awards begin at 6:30pm). $350 in cash awards generously provided by Dr. and Mrs. Wilbur Springer and anonymous past members of the former Federated Women’s Club of West Seattle. This year’s juror is RobRoy Chalmers, a talented mixed media artist; strong advocate for smart growth in West Seattle; and manager at West Seattle’s upscale restaurant, Fresh Bistro.]]>
