SPECIAL Tasting at Bin 41 with the winemaker of CORLISS, Thursday, December 20th from 6-7:30 pm.
It’s that time of year again when Bin has the opportunity to share the new releases from Corliss. The winemaker, Andrew, is making the trek over the mountain pass to join us for the tasting. We’ll have each of the three Corliss reds (Cabernet Sauvignon, Red blend and Syrah) open as well as the Tranche Slice of Pape Rouge and Blanc. We only have the winemaker and these wines open in the Bin once a year…so don’t miss this one! The Syrah is in the Top 100 wines of the world list for Wine Enthusiast making it a great gift for the wine aficionado! We have a handful of wood Corliss boxes that some of the wines came in. We typically use these for stacks but if you purchase any (6) of the tasting wines, we’ll give you the box (while supplies last).
