What do you like about doing business in The Junction?

I like the convenience of having many other businesses around.  I also really like our clientele; they are nice, down to earth people.

How many years have you been in business?

I’ve been in real estate for 10 years and at this Windermere office for 2 years.

Who are you customers?

My customers are about 95% West Seattle locals.

Who is your role model?

My Dad, I admire his work and personal ethics.  He is an all-around good guy.

What do you enjoy in your free time?

I like to read and travel.

What other Junction shops do you like to patron?

My favorites include: West 5, Coffee to a Tea, Capers and Talarico’s.

What do you love about West Seattle?

I love the small town feel and the convenience of being so close to Seattle.

If you live in West Seattle, how long?  What neighborhood?

I have lived in the Delridge area for 4 years now.

What sort of music do you listen to?

I like all kinds of music, mainly, country, hip-hop, old rock n’ roll and pop.
